11602 Musket Rim
Whole-Home Renovation & Reconfiguration
This renovation at 11602 Musket Rim was a complete transformation in timeless design, improved flow, and modern livability.
The goal was to remove dated architectural elements and reimagine the home with classic details, thoughtful craftsmanship, and spaces designed for both everyday comfort and entertaining.

Structural changes played a major role in opening the home and enhancing natural light.
Interior openings were enlarged to improve circulation and visual connection between rooms, while a dramatic set of floor-to-ceiling sliding doors now seamlessly connects the living and dining areas to the outdoor patio.
These updates create an effortless indoor-outdoor experience and make the home ideal for hosting.

Behind the scenes, the project included a full overhaul of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and lighting systems, ensuring the home performs as beautifully as it looks.
A fully rebuilt staircase crafted from solid wood now anchors the interior with warmth and architectural presence, while custom millwork and built-ins add both function and refinement throughout the home.

Every detail was considered—from hidden storage solutions to spa-level finishes—resulting in a residence that feels cohesive, elevated, and designed to stand the test of time.
Kitchen
A spacious custom kitchen was designed as the heart of the home, featuring a large layout, a paneled refrigerator for a seamless look, and a custom hood vent cover. A hidden butler’s pantry and coffee bar add function without disrupting the clean aesthetic, while stone countertops and refined finishes create a timeless, high-end feel.

Bathroom
The primary bathroom was completely reimagined into a serene, spa-like retreat. A custom wet room features his-and-hers showers with multiple jets and personalized controls, paired with elegant stone countertops and elevated finishes throughout. Guest accommodations were also enhanced by incorporating a former hall bath into a private en suite.

Living Room
The living room was opened up to maximize light, flow, and connection to the outdoors. Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors now frame the patio, while custom built-ins and a Venetian plaster fireplace create a warm focal point. Updated lighting and enlarged openings bring balance, comfort, and understated sophistication to the space.

Bedroom
The bedrooms were redesigned to feel calm, intentional, and timeless. Dated architectural details were removed to create cleaner lines and a more restful atmosphere, allowing light and space to take center stage. In the primary suite, subtle detailing and thoughtful proportions bring a sense of quiet luxury, while a fully reconfigured walk-in closet—with a custom folding table—adds everyday functionality without compromising the design.
